ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SKILLS SEMINAR: This program is designed as follow-up reinforcement learning for past participants of the basic leadership course. Students receive additional practice in diagnosing development level, applying the right style of leadership, partnering, and using the core leadership behaviors. Additional emphasis is also on placed on performance management, including conflict resolution, and communications skills associated with the situational leadership styles.
